  • Verify Insurance: Call our office in advance to verify your insurance benefits.
  • Share Medical History: Be prepared to share your medical history, previous treatments, current medications, and other pertinent information.

What To Expect At Your First Appointment At Physiozone

  • Registration: When you arrive, you will register at the front desk. We’ll handle the insurance paperwork so you can focus on your recovery.
  • Initial Evaluation: You’ll have your initial evaluation with one of our therapists, who will ask about your medical history, current pain, illness, or injury. Be open and honest to help us understand your problem and determine the best solution for you.
  • Assessment: During your appointment, your movement, strength, coordination, and other aspects will be assessed.
  • Treatment Plan: Based on your evaluation, our therapist will recommend and design a specific treatment plan to achieve the quickest recovery and best results. Some treatments may begin on the first day to start your recovery journey, with a full treatment plan implemented in subsequent visits.
  • Documentation: Our therapist will keep a record of their findings and your treatment plan, which will be shared with your referring physician or another medical expert of your choice.
  • Scheduling Follow-ups: Before you leave, you will schedule the remainder of your appointments with the front desk. The number of treatment sessions required will be discussed with you at your first appointment, based on the therapist’s recommendations.

If you have any questions, please contact us at any time. We want to ensure you’re comfortable and on your way to recovery as soon as possible.
